Yoga can relax and stretch tired muscles, returning grace and flow to your body. TWC offers more than 20 classes per week allows for a variety of Yoga styles to select from.

Alignment Yoga - focuses on grounding, softening the palate and a commitment to the exhale. Attention to structural alignment and creating a friendship with gravity are a couple of our goals. Whether you are a beginner or an intermediate, you will find a new way to be in your body here. 60 Minutes.
All Around Yoga - This class includes a combination of many styles of yoga, and on Sat.’s you’ll get a taste of our instructor’s different styles! The format may include Salutations & poses which are linked together & individual poses. It produces strength & stability in all major muscle groups & is a great stand-alone program or enhancement to other sports. Appropriate for all fitness levels & moving at the pace of the students. 75 Minutes.
Continuing Yoga - This is an intermediate level class that assumes some experience with yoga. Poses are worked in detail, practiced & at times linked together to create a series that flows from one posture to the next. Classes may also include mudra, mantra, bandhas & meditation. Please take Yoga Basics or Gentle Yoga before trying this class. 75 Minutes.
Gentle Yoga - A slower paced class for days when a more nurturing & relaxing practice is just the thing. The class begins with centering breath, progresses through simple poses & finishes with relaxation. Modifications are shown & props are available for you to honor your body as you calm your mind. Appropriate for all levels. 75 Minutes. Thursdays, 60 Minutes.
Extra Gentle Yoga is even more gentle, perfect for those just beginning or those with health issues, or expectant moms. 60 min.
Kundalini Yoga – A meditative yoga that activates the healing energy within oneself; by combining postures, movements & breathing patterns, you alter your biochemical state towards well-being. Builds strength & self-awareness, can be both physically & mentally challenging. All levels welcome. 75 Min.
Restorative Yoga - On the first Sunday of the month, Harriet will guide you through a series of supported postures to relax your body and calm your mind. All levels welcome. 75 Minutes.
Tai Chi Chih(TCC) - This low-impact movement strengthens & is less stressful on bones, joints & muscles than more strenuous exercise. The gentle movements are done standing, using shifts in body position & stepping in unison with arm movements for a complete physical workout. TCC improves balance, strength & mobility. It’s great for everyone, esp. expectant moms & those who have physical challenges. No special clothing required. 60 Min.
Yoga Basics - Learn basic postures, relaxation & breathing techniques. This class is for beginners & continuing students who want to learn poses at a deeper level. Relieves stress, promotes strength & flexibility. 75 Minutes
Yoga Flow, Posture Yoga Flow - This is an intermediate class that assumes some experience with yoga. Poses are developed and practiced, then put together to create a series that moves gracefully from one posture to the next. Class may include meditation and/or breath work. In Posture Focus class, one pose or a series of poses is studied for a deeper understanding of alignment and body awareness. The Vigorous Flow classes will include energizing flows that focus on the breath, core, balance and strength. All Level Flow is designed to introduce a healthy population to the flow style of practice. It is strongly suggested first time yoga students partake in a “Yoga Basics” or “Gentle Yoga” class several times prior to taking any Yoga Flow. All Yoga Flow classes are 75 min.
