Emily Lucas Emily is CPR certified. In addition to her duties as a Membership Assistant, she also teaches water aerobics classes. Emily likes to keep workouts short and intense. The less time a workout takes out of a busy schedule the more likely it will become routine. Interval training is her absolute favorite, followed by stretching and drinking lots of water! Emily is a full-time law student, so the majority of her time outside the club is spent studying. But when she’s free she loves the outdoors. Floating, hiking, and ghost town exploring are among her favorite activities. |
| Kelli Neumeyer Kelli has been certified for 14 years as a AEA Aquatics Exercise Instructor, as well as an ACE Personal Trainer. In addition, she received her certification as a belly dance teacher through the National Association for Teacher Certification of Middle Eastern Dance in 2005. Kelli believes fitness/health is a lifestyle, the way we age is not always reliant upon genetics. The body was meant to be moved...incorporate activity as a part of your lifestyle and daily routine. Find activities you love to do and "Shake it up"!!! Kelli shakes up her own life outside of the club by singing in a band, dancing, and walking with her pug “Bella.” |
