"I love The Women’s Club because of the affirming, non-judgmental attitude of the instructors."

Feel the joy of movement with our talented water aerobics staff as they guide you in many levels of aerobics at TWC. The Women's Club is Missoula's premiere fitness facility and full service gym for women only. Offering Zumba, Oula, TRX, Yoga, R.I.P.P.E.D., cycling studio, water aerobics, Pilates, personal training, pool, hot tub, sauna, massage, manicures, and pedicures.
Beth is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a Maddog Spinning Instructor, and licensed Massage Therapist who began working at the Club in 2011. She believes a person’s fitness program is an integral part of developing a healthy and happy lifestyle. She loves to help clients reach their personal fitness goals while providing a fun, challenging, and enjoyable experience. Outside of the Club, Beth’s hobbies include running races, mountain biking, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and yoga.
Brooke is certified through the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) and Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program. She believes that having a regular fitness routine has benefits that go far beyond the physical aspects. Exercise can infuse us with a great sense of accomplishment and positive energy. It promotes a sense of well-being and happiness. Her goal as a teacher is to help others discover their own joyful connection to fitness. Outside of the gym, Brooke is a professional saxophonist and maintains a large saxophone teaching studio. She performs regularly in the community along with her husband, Chuck.
As an ACE certified Personal Trainer, AEA certified Water Aerobics Instructor, and ACE certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant, Paula keeps herself very busy at the Club. Her fitness philosophy revolves around body, mind, and spirit. It is her pleasure to guide and motivate women towards achieving their unique fitness goals. Paula’s hobbies and interests include inter-mural sports, teaching swimming and diving for the American Red Cross, hiking, and cross-country skiing with her spouse and dog. She also loves to quilt and water color paint.
Nora is AEA Certified Aquatics Department Team Leader at TWC, as well as an AFAA certified group exercise and cycling instructor. She's also R.I.P.P.E.D. certified. Nora believes that fitness is an ongoing process and not an end result. Enjoy the process! Her interests include running (especially half marathons), baking (and frequently eating baked goods!), and spending time with her husband and two kids. She has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University.
Kelli has been certified for 14 years as a AEA Aquatics Exercise Instructor, as well as an ACE Personal Trainer. In addition, she received her certification as a belly dance teacher through the National Association for Teacher Certification of Middle Eastern Dance in 2005. Kelli believes fitness/health is a lifestyle, the way we age is not always reliant upon genetics. The body was meant to be moved...incorporate activity as a part of your lifestyle and daily routine. Find activities you love to do and "Shake it up"!!! Kelli shakes up her own life outside of the club by singing in a band, dancing, and walking with her pug “Bella.”
Hailey is majoring in Exercise Science at The University of Montana. She likes to say, “Being ‘fit’ isn’t always about how you look, but more importantly how you feel. I believe fitness is reached when you’re happy, healthy, confident, and taking care of your mind, body, and soul.” When she’s not studying and helping women take care of themselves at TWC, Hailey enjoys music, friends, and family.
Haleigh’s fitness philosophy is "Why can't I?", because there are so many times she has asked herself that to keep herself running or get those last few reps out. She likes to be outdoors, and skiing is one of her favorite activities. She also likes to run, hike, and just walk with friends.
