Courtney Jensen
Courtney is certified to teach Zumba, Oula, Kinesiology, Kickboxing, and circuit training.
She believes weight loss is a journey, not a destination.  Personally, she has lost 50 lbs over the past 5 years and can't just hang up her gym shoes and say she’s reached her goal. It takes constant focus and work to keep the weight off.  So, she dances to work out so it doesn't seem like "work" and it's more of a party.   Outside of classes, Courtney is a fulltime graduate student studying Elementary education with a Special Ed and Art Ed endorsement.  She LOVES to paint and decorate her apartment.
Aaron Mihelish
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Maddog Spinning Instructor with her B.S. in Health and Human Performance, Aaron wears many hats around The Women’s Club.  Her mission is to provide her clients with the knowledge of living a healthy lifestyle and have fun doing it.  With hard work and dedication, anything is possible.  Aaron’s hobbies and interests include riding her bike, skiing, boating, camping, and hiking.  She loves to travel, seek new adventures, and always loves a challenge.
  Barbara Riley
After 26 years working in and directing non-profit programs, Barbara found her mid-life passion in a TWC Nia class!  A year later in 2005, she trained for the Nia White Belt and began teaching Nia at The Women's Club.  She is especially interested in bringing Nia to people with disabilities, arthritis, cancer and those for whom movement has lost its joy, as she believes dancing, singing and laughing bring out our true selves.  Barbara also shares a passion for flower gardening with many others at TWC, and enjoys growing and showing dahlias and gladiolas.
  Jane Yungmeyer
Jane is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor who has taught step, strength, senior, Zumba, and other dance aerobics since 1997.  Jane believes in the power of movement.  “I was never sports oriented, but have always enjoyed moving to music, so aerobics and dance have been an enjoyable way for me to stay fit.  I also like to walk my dog.”  In addition to walking her dog, Jane also likes to raise plants, animals, and two teenagers while keeping busy earning her Masters in Education.
