Personal Trainers

Beth Anderson
Beth is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Maddog Spinning Instructor who began working at the Club in 2011.  She believes a person’s fitness program is an integral part of developing a healthy and happy lifestyle.  She loves to help clients reach their personal fitness goals while providing a fun, challenging, and enjoyable experience.  Outside of the Club, Beth’s hobbies include running races, mountain biking, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and yoga.
Lani Bolenbaugh
Lani is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Lemond Revmaster Cycling Instructor, and AEA Certified Water Aerobics Instructor.  She believes in achieving dreams, challenging one’s own limits, training hard and becoming the best you can be.  As a personal trainer, it is her responsibility and pleasure to guide and motivate individuals towards achieving their unique fitness goals.  Outside of the Club, Lani loves to hike with her dogs, play softball, and stay up late to read.
Renee Crow
Renee is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, AFAA certified Group Exercise Instructor, and Lemond Revmaster certified Group Cycling Instructor.  She believes an active body is a healthy body, and a healthy body can help you to be the best you can be.  She also believes in being a role model for our children and grandchildren.  Outside of the Club, Renee loves to backpack, camp, and fish with her family.  She also enjoys mountain biking, trail running, and reading a good book.
Bonnie Dotz
Bonnie has twenty two years experience in the health club industry.  She also holds a third degree Black Belt from her twelve years in Martial Arts and is ACE Personal Training certified.  Bonnie loves to get fit, stay fit, maintain her fitness – and have fun doing it.  She believes in setting different goals and not letting age deter you from trying new things.  For hobbies, Bonnie loves to hike with her family, run, weight lift, and compete in TaeKwondo.
Paula Hofmann
As an ACE certified Personal Trainer, AEA certified Water Aerobics Instructor, and ACE certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant, Paula keeps herself very busy at the Club.  Her fitness philosophy revolves around body, mind, and spirit.  It is her pleasure to guide and motivate women towards achieving their unique fitness goals.  Paula’s hobbies and interests include inter-mural sports, teaching swimming and diving for the American Red Cross, hiking, and cross-country skiing with her spouse and dog.  She also loves to quilt and water color paint.
Aaron Mihelish
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Maddog Spinning Instructor with her B.S. in Health and Human Performance, Aaron wears many hats around The Women’s Club.  Her mission is to provide her clients with the knowledge of living a healthy lifestyle and have fun doing it.  With hard work and dedication, anything is possible.  Aaron’s hobbies and interests include riding her bike, skiing, boating, camping, and hiking.  She loves to travel, seek new adventures, and always loves a challenge.
 Nancy Soper Certified Personal Trainer Nancy Soper
Nancy is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, and has her Bachelor of Science in Business Management.  She loves to coach, motivate and encourage clients to pursue their fitness goals by guiding them through fun, structured exercises.  Outside of the gym, Nancy enjoys bike-riding, rafting, hiking, and her six grand children.
