A Ball for All:  The stability ball has been used by physical therapists for years, and the fitness industry has fully embraced this tool for group exercise and private training. The stability ball creates an unstable surface and can be used for strength, balance, coordination, agility, core work and flexibility. Some of my favorite exercises challenge both balance and core strength.

As a gift to our members, we're offering a special three visit pass to your friends!  Plus, when your friend joins by February 29, we'll drop your dues by $5 each month in 2012, with no limit on the number of friends you can invite!  Please pick up invitations at the TWC front desk.
10:45 am All Around Yoga Changing to 11:00 am
Beginning February 25th, the Saturday 10:45 am All Around Yoga will move to 11:00 am.  This will allow members to enjoy other classes and end with a relaxing session of All Around Yoga.

Silent Spa Services Now Available
Want peace and quiet during your Manicure or Pedicure?  Just ask for a Silent Spa Service.  You and your manicurist will choose your color and nail shape before you begin.  We have soothing music you can choose to listen to while you let your tension wash away.   Remember you’ll get a free paraffin wax dip with a Classic Manicure or Classic Pedicure during the month of February.
On-Line Purchases Available
Have you ever wanted to purchase Personal Training, a manicure, a pedicure, or a massage -- but didn't have time while you're in the Club?  Now you can do it from home!  Packages for all of these services are now available to purchase on-line within the TWC website.  For Personal Training, just go to Buy Personal Training Packages.  For Serendipity Spa services, click on over to Buy Spa Packages.
Bridal Bootie Camp
Say “I do” to a fitter you! This is a fun, challenging, high-intensity workout designed to help you gain confidence, loose inches and look all around hot on the big day.  Class is designed for all fitness levels.  Class begins February 20th, 7:30 pm and runs Tuesdays/Thursdays through April 12.  $89 for members; $99 for non-members.  Call 728-4410 or e-mail twc@thewomensclub.com to register.
