A variety of off-the-schedule classes and programs to spice up your workout routine and give you that extra boost you've been looking for.  The Women's Club is Missoula's premiere fitness facility and full service gym for women only.  Offering Zumba, Oula, TRX, Yoga, R.I.P.P.E.D., cycling studio, water aerobics, Pilates, personal training, pool, hot tub, sauna, massage, manicures, and pedicures.

Closed Easter Sunday
In recognition of the Easter Holiday, the Club will be closed on Sunday, April 20th.  Regular hours and classes on Saturday the 19th and Monday the 21st.

Golf Conditioning Class
Golf requires mental discipline, physical control, and consistent preparation. Improve your game this season with Aaron. Learn how the body moves while
golfing and different exercises to maximize those moves, plus, improve body mechanics and strengthen your core and upper body.

TRX Suspension Training
Join Anna for this great workout. Your friends will tell you, TRX is a great way to improve your balance and stability while challenging your muscles and endurance. It’s a fun, interactive way to get your sweat on! Appropriate for all levels, from newbies to pros.

Spring Fling Dinner & Talent Show
Every year, TWC hosts a party to say “thanks” to all of our members.  We share a meal and enjoy a talent show.  This year’s theme is “May Day” (ala those baskets of flowers we used to drop off at neighbors’ doorsteps).  We’re still looking for talent/entertainment, so contact Helen if you have a talent you’d like to share with your TWC sisters.

Swimming Lessons with Brooke
Improve your swimming stroke for 2014 triathlons or simply learn to swim and be more comfortable in the pool.
$25.00 per ½ hour or 8 sessions for $175

Needlework Circle
Do you knit or crochet? Join TWC's Needlework Circle.  They meet every Sunday, 3 - 5 pm, in the TWC lobby.  All levels and all types welcome.

Cycling 2 Hour Ride
Join Marianne for a longer training ride.  Bring a towel and water bottle.

Restorative Yoga
Harriet's luxurious routine of relaxing poses is back -- with another session!

Advanced Asana Yoga Practice
Explore intermediate to advanced poses with her Advanced Asana Practice.  One pose -- or a series of poses -- will be studied for a deeper understanding of alignment and body awareness.  Advanced balance -- including Arm Balances, Inversions, and Deep Backbends -- will be included.
