A variety of off-the-schedule classes and programs to spice up your workout routine and give you that extra boost you've been looking for. The Women's Club is Missoula's premiere fitness facility and full service gym for women only. Offering Zumba, Oula, TRX, Yoga, R.I.P.P.E.D., cycling studio, water aerobics, Pilates, personal training, pool, hot tub, sauna, massage, manicures, and pedicures.

Enjoy your turkey dinner without guilt. Thanksgiving morning, we open our gym to the public (guys, too!) This year, we’re pairing the morning with a food drive and asking for one non-perishable donation as entry.

Holiday Cycle Challenge
Join a TWC Cycling Team for motivation and friendly competition over the Holidays. Join a roster anytime between Thanksgiving morning (at the TWC Turkey Trot) and Dec 31st. (max 20 per team) Teams will track # of cycling classes and miles with prizes awarded to the top team and top woman with the most miles. Sign up on the clipboards in the cycling studio. TWC Group Cycling is held:
Mondays, 5:30 pm
Tuesdays, 6 am
Wednesdays, 5:30 pm
Thursdays, 6 am
Fridays, 9 am
Sundays, 9 am (with a two hour ride the first Sunday every month)
On-Going Special Classes
Do you knit or crochet? Join TWC's Needlework Circle. They meet every Sunday, 3 - 5 pm, in the TWC lobby. All levels and all types welcome.
Cycling 2 Hour Ride
Join Marianne for a longer training ride. Bring a towel and water bottle.
