A variety of off-the-schedule classes and programs to spice up your workout routine and give you that extra boost you've been looking for.  The Women's Club is Missoula's premiere fitness facility and full service gym for women only.  Offering Zumba, Oula, TRX, Yoga, R.I.P.P.E.D., cycling studio, water aerobics, Pilates, personal training, pool, hot tub, sauna, massage, manicures, and pedicures.

Operation Oula
If you haven’t tried an Oula! class yet, April is the month to do it.  We’ve got prize drawings for class participation, free passes for friends, and a 2 hour Oula Extravaganza.  It’s three weeks of sass with soul.

FREE TRX Demo Classes
What are those black and yellow strappy things in the front gym that look like they belong hanging from a parachute?  They're TRX Suspension Trainers!  TRX is a flexible workout for all levels that uses your own body weight as resistance; very smart.  Aaron will offer free demo classes to curious members.  Sign up at the front desk.

Mother/Daughter Weekend
This year, Mother's Day is Sunday, May 10.  That weekend, TWC members can bring their moms and/or daughters as guests for free!  Celebrate your special connection with us by taking a class , soaking in our pool area, or enjoying a massage or pedicure.

Yoga Nidra - Yoga in Your PJ's!
Yoga nidra improves sleep while reducing stress, hypertension, depression, asthma, digestive disorders, migraines and ulcers. Yoga nidra is practiced while
lying on the floor with blankets and mats for support. Wear loose, comfortable clothing (like your PJ’s!).  No yoga experience necessary.
