What is Personal Training? Personal Training can be so many different things depending on the client - that's what makes it personal! Each client comes to the club with different goals and preferences - some want to lose weight, shape and tone muscle, prevent falls, lower blood pressure, train for a triathlon, or limit pain. A personal trainer first meets with each client to determine their goals. Our Trainers will then provide an individualized fitness program to assist the client to accomplish their goals in the most effective way while still taking the clients activity preferences and lifestyle into consideration. Certified Personal Trainers can help you find a good place to start exercising if you're just beginning, motivate you to keep going, or change up your program if you're really looking for a challenge.
You can choose to train for a 30 minutes session or a 60 minute session. You can also train one-on-one with a Personal Trainer or in a group. We have TONS of options to fit your lifestyle and budget!
Our Certified Personal Trainers are also avilable for speaking engagements at various community event. If you are hosting an event and would like one of out Trainers to speak on various topics such as pedometers, flexibility techniques, weight management, posture, or any other fitness related topic, please contact Kristin at 728-4410.
