Philosophy

 

I believe that health, fitness, and wellness are life-long processes. I believe through compassion and motivation, I can help individuals make a positive step towards achieving these goals. Through a willingness to learn and have fun, that each individual will face a challenge, but also see success. As a personal trainer, it is my goal that each one of my clients is able to achieve their health, fitness, and/or wellness goals.

 I love the water and sun! I’m a huge GRIZ fan and love the NFL (yes, football). I’m currently going back to school at The University of Montana for my teaching certificate in Health Enhancement as I have a passion for working with today’s youth. Philosophy

I believe in achieving dreams, challenging one’s own limits, training hard and becoming the best you can be. I also believe that you get what you put in: that the better your efforts the better your rewards will be. Every individual has to create their own success, nobody else can. Commitment and willingness to push your boundaries, to challenge which you know is achievable, are key elements to success. As a personal trainer, it is my responsibility and pleasure to guide and motivate individuals towards achieving their unique fitness goals.

My strengths include training individuals with specific goals, like losing weight, increasing strength, and individuals who are new to exercise or seeking variety in their current workout. Philosophy

I believe in commitment to one’s self and that you should always pursue your dreams with all your heart. I also believe that health and fitness can greatly enhance a person’s quality of life. Each person has their own individual highest potential, and they should strive to reach that potential with no comparisons attached. As a personal trainer, it is my please to be a tool for you to use in reaching your highest potential through motivation, accountability, and fun, unique exercise sessions.

I enjoy making exercise enjoyable. For a lot of people, exercise can seem like a huge obstacle of even a chore. Renee Crow

Philosophy

I believe an active body is a healthy body, and a healthy body can help you to be the best you can be. I also believe in being a role model for our children and grandchildren. What they see, they know to be true, and seeing a strong woman role model with a healthy lifestyle is a wonderful message to pass onto our future generations. As a personal trainer I welcome the opportunity to guide and motivate you towards achieving your fitness and wellness goals.

I enjoy spending time with my family taking long walks on trails or in the mountains. I also enjoy spending time with my three children and supportive husband as well as my extended family at Missoula Tae-Kwon-Do as we spend a great deal of time training and preparing for our local and out-of-town tournaments.
