Work the entire upper body by utilizing the Queenax Functional Training System only found at The Women’s Club. Bonnie, Certified Personal Trainer, demonstrates the Strong ++ Around the World exercise which intensely works the entire upper body.
Standing with back to the pulleys and handles placed at lowest setting, move through the three movements in a continuing fashion. Keep lumbar spine neutral and legs in a split stance to stabilize body throughout each movement.
Movement #1: pull handles in front of body to shoulder height with palms facing up.
Movement #2: brings the handles down and around into a standing chest fly with elbows slightly bent and at shoulder height.
Movement #3: Comes back around to an overhead extension ending slightly above eye line.
