Kundalini Yoga: This is Arwen. She teaches Kundalini Yoga, rotating with Amanda, Thursdays @ 5:45 pm. This class combines sun or moon salutations and Hatha poses to energize and strengthen the body and relax the mind. the last Tuesday each month will be restorative combining movement to warm the body with supported poses for deeper relaxation and stretching.
