Queenax Floating Reverse Tuck Raises Planks to a Whole New Level

Can we just say, “Bonnie is a core warrior!” We are in awe of her. Here she demonstrates the Floating Reverse Tuck using the Queenax Superfunctional Bar and Arm Holsters. She starts by positioning the holsters to her height and leveling the bar directly across. Once her arms are settled in, she tucks and reaches for the bar, anchoring with her ankles. Then, the move begins. Tuck from the lower abs, then push out to extend through the upper spine. Bonnie protects her neck by aiming her gaze upward and engaging her triceps for upper-body support.

Bonnie’s plank is gorgeously flat and high, but you can modify the height of the bar to start from lower down. Just make sure your ankles have a solid grip on that bar and ramp up from there.
