Queenax Legs Workout

Summer is so much more fun when you have strong legs for hiking trails, Stand Up Paddleboarding, or just leaping over the sprinkler. Here are 3 leg workouts you can do on our Queenax to hit glutes, hamstrings, and quads. To protect knees, be sure not to bend them beyond your toes.
